Company history

2009

We began producing packaged ice with an initial focus on retail chains and smaller stores in the Split-Dalmatia County.

In our facility in Split, we launched a production plant capable of producing 10 tons of packaged ice daily. As demand increased, we expanded by adding a 100 m² frozen product storage area. This growth allowed us to meet the rising customer demand in Dalmatia, particularly during peak periods concentrated on weekends.

As the pioneers of ice delivery in Croatia, our unique offerings initially met with skepticism from both retail customers and end-users in the HoReCa sector. However, driven by our commitment, we overcame these challenges through daily visits, promotions, and continuous expansion of our distribution network. These efforts raised awareness about the availability of packaged ice in supermarkets, gas stations, and small local stores.

2011.

Our network extends beyond Dalmatia, and with the support of renowned partners, we distribute consumable ice to over 200 freezers from Dubrovnik to Zagreb.

As part of this expansion, we established a 600 m² production facility, increasing our production capacity to 20 tons of ice in 24 hours. Additionally, we expanded our storage capabilities by constructing a 2,500 m² chamber, housing Croatia’s largest stockpile of packaged ice. With a capacity of 100,000 kilograms of packaged consumable ice, we rank among the top ice producers in Eastern Europe.

2014.

We opened a warehouse in Rijeka, significantly enhancing logistics and improving the availability of our products throughout the region.

Our retail partners recognized our efforts, and through their customer networks, we introduced Istria to high-quality, solid-structure ice cubes.

With five small vans and one truck based in Split, we expanded our Rijeka logistics center with two additional vehicles, launching our own ice delivery services in Rijeka, Istria, Kvarner, Zagreb, and Slavonia.

Although Slavonia posed logistical challenges, it marked a new phase in our mission to deliver premium ice across Croatia. This step brought us closer to achieving our goal of ensuring every customer in Croatia receives ice within 24 hours of placing an order.

2018.

This year marked a significant milestone for us as we opened a warehouse in Osijek, reducing the load on our Rijeka logistics center. This strategic move strengthened our customer network in Istria and reinforced our position as the leader in ice production and delivery in Croatia.

Over the years, our products have gained recognition in the HoReCa sector. In response, we began daily deliveries of 25 kg packaged hospitality ice, tailored to meet their needs.

Continuing to pursue our goals set in 2009, we expanded production in Split to 30 tons of ice daily. This growth enables us to meet all the demands of our partners, fostering mutual growth across all sectors.

2019.

As we stepped into a year that became a hallmark for Croatian tourism, we geared up for a season that would turn years of hard work into achievement, reinforcing our status as the top provider of ice production and delivery.

Putting our plans into motion, we launched a warehouse in Zagreb, enhancing our distribution network.

Dalmatia, our key area for ice distribution, faced one of the most challenging tourist seasons. We welcomed travelers from around the globe, who, inspired by their experiences back home, are on the lookout for packaged ice in supermarkets, gas stations, camps, and marinas.

Our production facility in Split ran on three shifts, pushing its capabilities to the limit to satisfy the high demands of the sweltering season.

2021.

Our office, storage, and production facility is located in a 1,000 m² space in Split, serving as the hub for managing our operations and ensuring top-quality service and products for our customers.

Through innovative production processes, we have expanded our range of ice products to include 5 cm³ ice cubes, ice spheres, and various other premium ice shapes.

2022.

We produce 50 tons of ice daily and are committed to expanding our production in a timely manner, as the 2022 season is bringing us unprecedented sales results. Consequently, we are also enhancing our distribution processes, proudly operating with 21 delivery vehicles this season and a dedicated team of 45 employees who are ready to tackle any challenge that comes our way.

2024.

We have achieved our goal of ensuring that every customer in Croatia can easily purchase ice nearby. With over 950 locations, 1,200 freezers, 50 tons of ice produced daily, 25 delivery vehicles of all types, 600 frozen pallet spaces, and 390,000 kg of packaged ice in stock, we are the leading provider of ice production and delivery in Croatia. We are synonymous with being a reliable partner for ice delivery for all types of events, concerts, and festivals across the country.

By listening to the festival market and the needs of large event organizers, we acquire specially designed storage vehicles that we lend out during events. Along with our other products, we have become a symbol of ice delivery for concerts, events, and festivals, as well as for smaller celebrations like weddings, baptisms, birthdays, and receptions.
